The Caplin Platform is a suite of software products for on-line financial trading and Web delivery of real-time market data.

Designed from the ground up for financial services applications, the Caplin Platform is massively scalable and provides all the performance, security, and reliability that users demand for high-end trading. The Caplin Platform provides low-latency bi-directional messaging over any network. It supports Ajax, Java and Windows clients, as well as Caplin Trader, a highly configurable browser-based trading workstation. A wide range of adapters and SDKs enables easy integration with your existing trading, market data and messaging systems. There is also support for functions such as price tiering, order routing, and spread calculation.

The Caplin Platform sits on top of your existing e-trading systems, providing a uniform connectivity layer to your clients and making it easy to create and assimilate new tradeable products. It allows you to publish these to the market via aggregators and ECNs as well as offering flawless Internet-based data distribution and trading.
