Provides field management interfaces and classes that represent all the configured fields that are available.

The FieldManager interface provides methods to get all the fields that have been been configured, to get the FieldInfo for a field with a particular field number or name, and to add a new field.

The FieldInfo interface provides methods to get all the information that is available about a particular field, such as its number and name.
