A child of the <tobo> tag, this tag specifies a permissioning namespace. When the
application requests permissions that reside in this namespace, the returned permissions are for
the logged in user only, even if that user is trading on behalf of another user and the mode of
the Permissioning Auth Module is 'SalesIntersectCustomerUser'.
