Tom Darvall appointed Managing Director in next phase of company growth
We are pleased to announce that Tom Darvall has been appointed to the new role of Managing Director for Caplin Systems. In this role, Tom will lead our ambitious growth initiatives and drive exceptional customer value. His focus will include expanding into the broader FICC and digital asset markets, enhancing our modular ‘buy and build’ component delivery, and advancing automation and innovation to strengthen the end-to-end client transaction lifecycle.
Tom has more than 15 years of expertise in the delivery of complex trading software solutions to the finance and gaming industries. His leadership combines a deep understanding of technology with extensive industry experience, ensuring Caplin remains at the forefront of trading technology innovation.
As Chief Commercial Officer, and previously as Head of Client Services, Tom has led teams that help Caplin’s customers and prospects understand how e-trading technology can be integrated into their trading strategies and operations to enhance performance and drive business growth.
