At Caplin we see ourselves as partners to our clients and that includes bringing them into our product development and engineering processes. Recently we ran an innovation day together with Standard Bank to collaboratively think about new ideas for our electronic trading platforms. It brought together the engineering teams from both sides and has populated our roadmap with plenty of fresh thoughts on how to evolve our products.
