Configuration and blades

Because Liberator is a DataSource application, you configure it just like any other DataSource. Liberator also has its own set of configuration items for setting up things like the type of client connection (HTTP, HTTPS), user limits, session parameters, and tuning parameters.

You specify the Liberator-specific configuration items using the same syntax as the common DataSource configuration.

To make configuring Liberator easier, Liberator comes with a set of built-in config blades for enabling and disabling Liberator features.

For a list of Liberator’s built-in blades, see Built-in blades in the documentation for the Deployment Framework.
