Opening a ticket from a client FX tile

This method is only available if one-click trading is disabled (the default). See the configuration item CAPLIN.FX.TILE.ONE_CLICK_TRADE.

If a tile for your currency pair does not exist, then click Add Currency Pair to add a tile for your currency pair.

If ticket auto-quoting is enabled, the ticket will immediately request a quote. See the configuration option CAPLIN.MOTF.TICKET.AUTO_QUOTE.

By default, a sales user can have multiple tickets open for different clients. If the configuration option CAPLIN.MULTIPLECLIENTMANAGEMENT.ENABLED is set to false, selecting a client using the search icon ( ) closes all previously opened tickets.
